City Lawyer Stephen Ndeda has been charged in court for allegedly damaging a GA insurance company perimeter wall worth Sh400, 000
The lawyer was charged a Stephen Ndeda ,Amos Mokua Nyasani, Joash Mokaya and Ronald Mwashigadi before Makadara chief Magistrate Lewis Gatheru Where he denied the charges.
The court heard that the accused person committed the offence on March23 at ICD gate A in Embakasi Sub-county within Nairobi county with others not before the court.
They are said to have willfully and unlawfully committed the offence where the perimeter wall worth Sh400, 000 and the property of GA insurance company was damaged.
The lawyer was charged with the second count with threatening to kill a man by shooting him, the lawyer the court heard that he threatened to kill Abraham Kipchumba Korir by while armed with a pistol.
He committed the offence on December 7 at the same place in Nairobi county.
