Terry Ray Krieger, a suspected paedophile of American origin is in court yet again, on accusations of defiling a 3-year-old girl at Great Wall Gardens in Athi River this month. Ray was arrested on November 9, and thereafter arraigned at Mavoko Law Courts on November 10, 2023. He took plea and was detained. Today, November 21, he appeared before court, where trial magistrate Barbra Ojoo denied him bail. Ojoo said Ray is a fugitive of justice, which is a compelling reason to deny him bail.
