OFFICERS CHARGED WITH MURDER OF TWO CIVILIANS IN GARISSA GRANTED BOND
Two police officers accused of murdering two civilians in Garissa County have been released on a bond of Sh 1 million with two sureties by the high court.
Justice James Wakiaga also gave Adan Ibrahahim Salat and Abdirahman Roble Samow alternative cash bail of Sh 500,000 each pending the hearing and determination of the case.
The judge also barred the suspects from travelling to Garissa County, not to interfere with witnesses and also ordered them to deposit in court their passports.
The two are accused of jointly murdering Aden Abdi Madhobe and Mudhidin Aden Mudhow on 25th July this year at Soko Ngombe Area of Garissa Township in Garissa sub-county.
