NAKURU LAWYER CHARGED WITH THE MURDER OF MISSING BELGIAN WOMAN
A Nakuru based lawyer suspected to be involved in the murder of a missing Belgian businesswoman has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
John Gakinya is accused of killing Dysseller Mireille Lesoipa alias Leila between 11th December 2018 and July 2019 jointly with others, not before the court. He appeared before Justice Daniel Ogembo.
Mireille went missing early last year and Gakinya is the second person to be arrested.
The other suspect, Lucy Waithera who is an alleged beneficiary of the Belgian’s estate and a close friend was arrested and is suspected to have been involved in her disappearance.
