KQ Welcomes Back Crew Of Flight Intercepted In UK Over Security Threat
Kenya Airways' management praised the crew of the KQ100 flight that was intercepted and diverted in the UK due to a security threat alert.
KQ stated that the crew acted with great professionalism despite the controversy that threatened the national carrier's reputation.
"Last night, we hosted a welcome reception for the crew of KQ100 to thank them for their professionalism, patience and going the extra mile to ensure the safety, security and well-being of our guests onboard," KQ said.
KQ Managing Director Allan Kilavuka led the reception, where cake and hugs were shared in equal measure, as the flight crew lined up for photos and deep laughter.
