Rogue, Dangerous Pilot Mohamed Feisal Mughal charged frequently beating his wife threatening to kill her

A pilot who allegedly assaulted his estranged wife causing her bodily harm has been charged at a Kibera Court.

Mohamed Feisal Mughal was charged before Chief Magistrate Ann Mwangi where he denied the charges.

The court heard that the accused person allegedly assaulted Sharath Ismail Ibrahim contrary to the law.

The offence, the court,  heard was committed on May 14 at an Estate in Parklands within Nairobi County.

He was however denied bail after the detectives in conjunction with the prosecution told the court that he be detained pending the availing of the probation report in court.

“The accused person has been brought to court courtesy of a warrant of arrest, we have some circumstances that we pray the court to consider in our affidavit filed in court before releasing him on bond,” Senior Prosecutor Jonah Meroka told the court.

The defence lawyers however dismissed the prosecution’s request and told the court that their client was ready to abide by the court directions and was a good citizen.

They also told the court that the accused person was not a flight risk

The Magistrate directed that the accused person be detained at Parklands police station and the probation report be filed in court in a week’s time before bond determinations.

The case will be mentioned on December 4 for further directions
